Archeology, the Archeodome, and Tools used by an archeologist
Overview:
These pages help familiarize students with the archeologist's job
including tools they use, the artifacts they find, and what they do with those
artifacts. The story line is about visiting the Archeodome which is a
structure build over the dig to protect it from weather.
Goal:
Students will identify and understand the tools of the archeologist.

Compare how archeologists use these tools to the way they are
normally used.
Students could choose some of the tools and use them at home.
