This web site featuring the SDSU ice cream plant tour can be used in a variety of ways. For example, it could be used in conjunction with any virtual field trip related to another subject area and on your "pretend" trip home one could stop for an ice cream treat. The SDSU ice cream tour could then be shown and ice cream could be served to the students in the classroom. Home ec., chemistry, physical science, SD history and elementary classes will enjoy blending this tour in a variety of creative ways. Ice cream socials, staff socials and community clubs will also find this sight enlightening.
